Monica was a pediatric nurse for the first 6 years of her career, later she combined her work in dialysis with being a member of the scientific society for the control of infections associated with health care where she was on the board of directors for 8 years until she became the National Director of Nursing at Diaverum.
Monica joined Diaverum in 2012, as a Headnurse of one of the first two clinics integrated into Diaverum. At that moment shad 27 year of professional experience, 20 of which were dedicated to substitutive therapy of renal hemodialysis, and 17 years dedicated to coordination.
She assumes the position of area manager in 2015 and later in 2017 she takes the National Nursing Director position, starting with the responsibility of managing the quality and safety of patient care at 9 clinics, which turn to be 19 as of that date. Being this position the one that incarnates her desire to apply and share her knowledge with the patients and professionals, thus contributing to the prestige of Diaverum in Chile.
